Rooms have been designed with complimentary wireless internet, 26 inch LCD TVs and luxury bathrooms. The hotel's leisure club offers calm surroundings with its indoor heated swimming pool with jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and fully air conditioned gymnasium.

By Car
From the M6 motorway:
- Exit the M6 at junction 20, following signs to Chester and North Wales on the M56.
- At the end of the M56 you will come to a roundabout.
- Take the first exit, following signs for Queensferry.
- At the next roundabout (Little Chef on your left), take the 2nd exit.
- At the traffic lights, keep in the left lane, following signs for Queensferry, then take the first exit off the carriageway, signposted Chester A548.
- At the roundabout at the top of the slip road, take the first exit, following signs for Chester. You will pass RAF Sealand on your left.
- At the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit signposted Garden City. The Gateway To Wales Hotel will be in front of you.
From North Wales:
- Take the A55 dual carriageway in the direction of Chester. Follow the signs for Queensferry/A494.
- Continue past the Queensferry exit (you will see an Asda superstore on your left).
- Continue over the River Dee and take the next exit off the dual carriageway, signposted Chester A548.
- Turn left at the roundabout, and The Gateway To Wales Hotel is on the left-hand side, immediately after the roundabout.
